As usual, the party will take place at Malmgården, a small facility alongside the river Dalälven.
Malmgården resides in Grådö, a very small village near Hedemora in Dalarna county, Sweden.

Google maps: http://tinyurl.com/h2k635x Airplane Arlanda (Stockholm) From Arlanda there are trains going directly to Hedemora, about 100 minutes travel time. Once in Hedemora, we can pick you up for further transportation to the party. Another option would be to rent a car at Arlanda for a more practical stay (easier to get to hotels, restaurants, super markets). Car rental: http://www.avis.com/ Dala Airport People traveling from Malmö or Göteborg can fly directly to Borlänge, where we can pick you up. Dalaflyget: http://www.dalaflyget.se/ Train Book your ticket to Hedemora, and if you need a ride from the train station to Sommarhack, please inform us of your arrival and departure times and we'll make sure to pick you up and drop off at the train station. Hotel Hedemora stadshotell, about 7-8 mins minutes drive from the party offer rooms of different size and price. Hostel Hedemora Logi Hostel is available about 8-9 minutes drive from the party, 10 minutes walking from the train station. Hostel Hedemora STF Hälla Hostel is available about 7-8 minutes drive from the party. Bed & breakfast Rensbo Bed & Breakfast has been very popular during the the years. Second year with new owners, hopefully everything will be as good as before. About 20 minutes walk or a couple minutes by car to the party. Bed without breakfast About 500 meters from Sommarhack is a small Bed (and not breakfast) place. They offer two double rooms with own entrance. Kitchen available. Large cabin/houses FULLY BOOKED The previous owners of Rensbo Bed & Breakfast also offer two larger houses with space for four persons or more. 90 square meters of space per house. It might be a good alternative if you team up with a few friends. About 25 minutes walking distance from the party. 2000 SEK/night. Tent/RV/caravan Many visitors chose to bring a tent. There's plenty of place around the party house for that. There's a shower in the party house to use. You can also bring a caravan or an RV, there's plenty of free parking space available. |
